With a decade of experience and training from the National Holistic Institute, Mayah specializes in addressing rotator cuff issues and pain management. Her approach combines deep knowledge of anatomy with tailored techniques to alleviate discomfort and enhance mobility Mayah prioritizes understanding your unique needs and crafting a personalized treatment plan that promotes healing and well-being. Lupe is a graduate of the National Holistic Institute. She has 16 years of experience. Lupe specializes in therapeutic, Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, myofascial release, and prenatal massage. Lupe naturally combines a scientific, evidence-based and intuitive awareness of the body that she infuses with her positive energy and skillful touch. She will discuss your case with you to help you choose which techniques best suit your needs.
